| Turkish Team (Romanian students) |
I m little bit tired.But it is kind of sweety :) We participated to Global village in Iasi.My Turkish friend, Ilay is working AISEC Iasi as a volunteer.AISEC Iasi organized Global Village event today.There were almost 24 countries and high school students presented traditional clothes, foods and some staff from that countries. It took like 6 hours.We had great time whole day..
Ilay was responsible person from Turkish.She helped them about traditional dance, foods...
We had baklava, lahmacun, borek, ayran, pilav, turkish tea, cezve (to cook for turkish coffe) and some special staff.
That students presented henna night.This night special for who getting marry.We do 1 day before wedding day.Bride and her friends come together and they have fun together whole night. Bride has special dress.Her friends make henna and to put some henna into hands who want it. Also during this time, special music play and bride can cry:)
Every country has different dance, clothes, foods.. But evertyhing was so nice and we enjoyed a lot:) Romanian high school students were succesfull in this organization.They really had searched everything about countries.It was good job for them.Actually I couldn't find to say many things.Because photos show everything.So I gonna share some photos about today ...
